Meishan pigs are known for their incredible quality fat! Perfectly white with little odor, our pork fat can be used to render high-quality cooking lard, mixed with game or other lean meats for homemade sausage, and more.
Since our pigs are raised outdoors, they naturally accumulate vitamin D from sunlight into their back fat, and will also contain a healthier ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 compared to corn-fed pork.
This is raw pork fat (not rendered lard) and comes in a 10 lb package. Comes frozen.
